Affordable Unit Status Detail

Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Reports—Misc. Reports—Affordable Unit Status Detail

The Affordable Unit Status Detail Report shows information about the residents in the units. It prints by type of unit and is sorted by set-aside and then by unit type.

NoteNote:

Each unit will only print on the report once, however if there are multiple current residents (i.e. current, notice or transfer out) then each of their names will be printed along with their information.

ClosedSelection Criteria

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.

ClosedReport Details

Unit

The unit number.

Name

The name of the resident.

ST

The Status of the unit. Options include OC=Occupied, VA=Vacant Available, VP=Vacant Pending, NA=Not Applicable.

Unit Type

The unit type. For example, 1x1d or 1x1u.

Set-aside

The percentage of the unit rent that is set-aside (discounted) for the unit for affordable housing purposes.

Homeless

Y or N indicates Yes/No if the unit is set-aside is for the homeless.

Current Cert.

The Current Certification Date.

Qualify

Y or N indicates Yes/No if the unit qualifies for affordable housing status.

Total units for type

The total unit count (number) of each unit type, e.g., 1x1d or 1x1u.

Total count for no set-aside units

The total unit count (number)of units that are not set aside.

Total count for set-aside percentage

The total unit count (number) of set-aside units by set-aside percentage, e.g., by set-aside units at 33% or 50%.

ClosedTo Display the Affordable Unit Status Detail Report

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Misc. Reports—Affordable Unit Status Detail.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  4. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
