Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Reports—Misc. Reports—Affordable Unit Data

The Affordable Unit Data Report provides listing of unit information set up for the currently selected property or properties.

ClosedSelection Criteria

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.

ClosedReport Details

Unit Init Cert

The date when the unit was initially certified for affordable housing.

Income

The income limit for this unit.

Sq Ft Beds

The square footage and the number of beds for the unit.

ST

The Status of the unit. Options include OC=Occupied, VA=Vacant Available, VP=Vacant Pending, NA=Not Applicable.

Name Curr Cert

The name of the resident that is currently certified to live in the unit.

Next Cert

The  Next Certification Date.

Cert Inc

The maximum income that is certified for this unit for affordable housing purposes.

Rent / Sec 8

This column categorizes the Rent amount by income code. If the unit's income code of type "Rent" has the "subsidy" flag checked, then the amount shows in the Sect 8 part of this column. If the subsidy flag is unchecked, then the amount shows up in the (regular) Rent section of the column.

Move-In / Move-out

The Date of the last move-in or move-out. For vacant units this is the last move-out. For occupied units this is the date of the last move-in.

Set-Aside/Homeless

The percentage of the unit rent that is set-aside (discounted) for the unit for affordable housing purposes. Also, Y or N indicates Yes/No if the unit is set-aside is for the homeless.

ClosedTo Display the Affordable Unit Data Report

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Misc. Reports—Affordable Unit Data.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  4. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
