Affordable Recertifications

Reports—Misc. Reports—Affordable Recertification

The Affordable Recertification Report shows a listing of units, residents and certification dates and the total certifications expiring. This report is grouped by next certification date.

ClosedSelection Criteria

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.

From Date

Printing the report calls for a date range to print from. Enter the first number of the date range. Or use the Calendar Button to select a date.

Thru Date *

Printing the report calls for a date range to print from. Enter the last number of the date range. Or use the Calendar Button to select a date.

ClosedReport Details

Unit

The unit number.

Name

The name of the resident.

ST

The Status of the unit. Options include OC=Occupied, VA=Vacant Available, VP=Vacant Pending, NA=Not Applicable.

Unit Type

The unit type. For example, 1x1d or 1x1u.

Set-aside

The percentage of the unit rent that is set-aside (discounted) for the unit for affordable housing purposes.

Current Cert.

The Current Certification Date.

Next Cert.

The Next Certification Date.

Totals

The total certifications expiring, grouped by month.

ClosedTo Display the Affordable Recertifications Report

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Misc. Reports—Affordable Recertifications.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
  4. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  5. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
