Make the following selections from the eSite menu to display this page:
Reports—Leasing Reports—Follow Up
This report provides a list of prospects to follow up on based on selected criteria.
Note
An asterisk (*) indicates a required field or selection.
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.
Follow Up Date Range
From Date *
Printing the report calls for a date range to print from. Enter the first day of the date range using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to display a date.
Thru Date *
Printing the report calls for a date range to print from. Enter the last day of the date range using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to display a date.
Leasing Agents
Select one or more leasing agents from the available list to include follow ups for those agents only. Or, leave all unselected to include follow ups for all.
Include Comments
Accept the unchecked default to exclude prospect comments or check to include.
Include Address
Accept the unchecked default to exclude prospect addresses or check to include them.
Include Qualified
Accept the checked default to include prospects marked qualified to lease or uncheck to exclude them.
Include Fax
Accept the unchecked default to exclude prospect fax numbers or check to include them.
Include Email
Accept the unchecked default to exclude prospect email addresses or check to include them.
Include Non-Qualified
Accept the unchecked default to exclude prospects marked not qualified to lease or check to include them.
Group by Leasing Agent
Accept the unchecked default to exclude details printed per leasing agent or check to include them.
Sort By
Use the drop-down to select how report details should be sorted. Options include by Follow Up Date (default) , Last Name, Guest Card, or Unit Type.
Note
The following report details assume all defaults are selected. The display may vary depending on the criteria you select.
Follow Up Date
The date to follow up with the guest. The system defaults the follow up date to 3 days after the guest's initial visit, however, this can be changed when during guest card entry.
Guest Card
The system-assigned guest card number used for tracking prospective residents.
Prospect Name
The first and last name of the guest as entered during guest card entry.
Phone 1
The guest's primary telephone number. Typically their home phone number.
Phone 2
The guest's secondary telephone number. Typically their work or cell phone number.
Apt Type Desired
The type of unit the guest is interested in leasing.
Requirements
Lists any requirements for leasing the guest may have mentioned during their phone call or visit. For instance, the guest may only be interested in leasing a unit with a pool view.
Date Needed
The date the guest must lease the unit by.
Mktg Source
The code used to identify the marketing source responsible for generating interest in the property.
Qual?
The qualifying flag set to Y or N. Y indicates the guest met the property's preliminary qualifications for leasing. N indicates otherwise.
Agent
The leasing agent ID responsible for handling the guest contact.
Contact Date
The date the guest last made contact with the property.
Type of Contact
How the guest made contact: via phone, visit or internet.
