Export to RUBS Tab
Make the following menu selections to display this page:
Data Transfer—Export
to RUBS
Use Export to RUBS to generate an XML file containing resident
data in a format suitable for importing into RUBS, an AMSI Windows-based
utility billing service used by property owners and management companies.
To Export to RUBS
- From
the eSite menu, select Data Transfer—Export to
RUBS.
- Check the Email
RUBS Export File check box,
if desired, and then enter an email address to which to send the file.
- Click Export to create the XML file. An additional tab
appears showing the path of the file on the Web server.
- Download the XML
file to your local machine using the instructions on the tab, if desired.
- Click Close
