Expense Cap Tables Grid

Make the following selections from the eSite menu to display this page:

Setup—Rebillings—Recoveries—Exp Cap Tables

This grid lists all of the existing expense cap tables for the property. From this grid, you can add, view, edit, and delete tabled values used to apply caps to tenant's rebilled expenses. You can also print a listing of expense cap tables for the property. This is applicable to commercial properties only (property type 6-Standard Commercial).

ClosedFields

Code

The identifying expense cap table code. Click to view or edit the expense cap table from the Exp Cap Table Tab.

Description

The description of the expense cap table code.

Delete

Click to delete the expense cap table code.

Add Exp Cap Table

Click to add an expense cap table from the Exp Cap Table Tab.

Print

Click to print a listing of expense cap tables.
