eFinancials Transfer Overview

eFinancials Transfer is used to set up the interface between eSite and eFinancials. eFinancials is a flexible web-based property management accounting system that includes all standard accounting features. When eFinancials is integrated with your AMSI property management solution, you can use it to set up, process, and report on your organization’s financial transactions and the financial standing of your business.

Setting up eFinancials Transfer is optional.

Enable eFinancials Transfer

Setup—Policies—Global Policies—AME, Interface Tab

The option, Transfer to G/L format must be set to eFinancials Web Service in order to transfer general ledger data from eSite to eFinancials.

The option, Transfer to A/P format must be set to eFinancials Web Service in order to transfer accounts payable data from eSite to eFinancials.
