Daily Diary Overview

Use the Daily Diary to add, view, and delete dated notes about a property. You can add one Daily Diary entry per day, per property, and per category (up to 200 characters).

The Daily Diary Report is available on the Reports—Misc. Reports menu. The report lists notes entered for a specified date range for the selected property.

Note

To add, edit, and delete Daily Diary entries or view the report, you must have the Daily Diary security permissions. For information about managing user security permissions, refer to the System Help.
