Select All

Click the box as a shortcut to check or uncheck all options in the box. The check boxes are updated immediately.

Accept the checked default to include applications or uncheck to exclude them.

Include Move-Ins

Accept the checked default to include move-ins or uncheck to exclude them.

Include Applications Cancelled

Accept the checked default to include applications with a cancelled status or uncheck to exclude them.

Include Expected Transfers

Accept the unchecked default to exclude transfers or check to include them.

Include Applications Approved

Accept the checked default to include applications with an approved date or uncheck to exclude them.

Include Transfers Cancelled

Accept the checked default to include transfers with a cancelled status or uncheck to exclude them.

Include Lease Signed

Accept the checked default to include leases with a signed date or uncheck to exclude them.

Include Transfers

Accept the checked default to include leases with a transfer date or uncheck to exclude them.

Include Lease Beginning

Accept the checked default to include leases with a lease beginning date or uncheck to exclude them.

Include Notices

Accept the checked default to include leases with an intent to vacate or uncheck to exclude them.

Other Options

Group by Leasing Agent

Unchecked (default) - Does not include a separate Leasing Agent report.

Checked - Print a separate report.

From Date *

Printing the report calls for a date range to print from. Enter the first day of the date range using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to display a date.

Thru Date *

Printing the report calls for a date range to print from. Enter the last day of the date range using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to display a date.

Note

The following report details assume all defaults are selected.

Apt

The building + unit number. For instance, 01-A101.

Type

The unit type + sub-type. For instance, 1B/1B Den.

Name

The primary occupant name. For instance, Sally Smith.

Activity

Lists the type of activity being reported. For instance, Expected Move-In.

Agent

When the Grouped by Agents option is checked, this column appears in teh report. Otherwise, it prints in a separate report.

Date

The date of the activity is expected to occur, listed in this format mm/dd/yyyy.

Note

This column shows notes for the following.

• Expected Move outs - Moved Out mm/dd/yy
• Expected Transfers - Transferred mm/dd/yy
• Expected Move-Ins - Moved Out mm/dd/yy
• Lease Ends - Moved Out mm/dd/yy or Transferred mm/dd/yy when the Move-Out date or Transfer date is prior to the Lease End date

Activity Recap

Application

Count of applications received during the report date range.

Application Cancelled

Count of applications cancelled during the report date range.

Application Approved

Count of applications approved during the report date range.

Lease Signed

Count of leases signed during the report date range.

Lease Begins

Count of leases with a Lease Begins date during the report date range.

Lease Ends

Count of leases with a Lease Ends date during the report date range.

Lease Renewed

Count of leases renewed during the report date range.

Expected Move-Ins

Count of expected move-ins scheduled to occur during the report date range.

Move-Ins

Count of move-ins that occurred during the report date range.

Expected Transfers

Count of expected transfers scheduled to occur during the report date range.

Transfers Cancelled

Count of cancelled transfers during the report date range.

Transfers

Count of transfers completed during the report date range.

Notices Given

Count of notices received during the report date range.

Notices Cancelled

Count of notices cancelled during the report date range.

Expected Move-Outs

Count of move-outs scheduled to occur during the report date range.

Move-Outs

Count of move-outs completed during the report date range.

1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Leasing Reports—Daily Activity.
2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
3. Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
4. Select one of the following Report Printing Options:
• Acrobat Reader: Print the report in PDF format for use in a PDF viewer, such as Acrobat.
• Crystal Viewer: Prints the report in Crystal format.
• Excel: Prints the report in an Excel spreadsheet.
5. Click Display. If you selected Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
