Copy an Existing Addenda Memo Form
The system allows you to copy an existing addenda form
from one property to another to eliminate having to individually set up
a memo form for each as long as the following requirements are met:
- Both properties exist
in the same database.
- Both properties are
set up as 2-Manufactured Housing.
- Both properties use
the same memo form layouts.
To Copy an Existing Addenda Memo Form
- Select Setup,
Property, Properties
from the sidebar menu. The Properties Tab displays.
- Select the property
ID of the property to copy the memo form to. The Edit Property tab displays.
- At Property
Type, select 2-Manufactured Housing from
the drop-down list. The system prompts the question, Use another property's
Leasing Activity Memo?
- Click OK.
The Select Property tab displays.
- Select the property
to copy from. The Properties Tab displays again.
- Click Save.
