Building Renumber Tab

Make the following selections from the eSite menu to display this page:

Special—Housekeeping—Renumber/Copy—Building Renumber

Use this tab to renumber buildings and all related information to a new building number. The new building number can already exist in the property. The system performs an internal check for unit number conflicts when an existing building is selected as the destination building number. In the end, there is no evidence that the old building number ever existed; provided there are no found unit number conflicts.

NoteNote:

Selecting this option, automatically switches the database to single-user mode which prevents other users from logging in until the process completes.

Old Building

Property

Use the drop-down to select the property where the building to renumber is located.

Building

Use the drop-down to select the number of the building to renumber.

New Building

Property

Use the drop-down to select the property where the building will be renumbered to.

Building

Enter the number of the new building.

ClosedTo Renumber a Building

  1. Confirm your property selection using Select Properties.
  2. Complete the tab. For help, refer to the Fields list.
  3. Select the Process button when all data entry is complete. The system processes the unit renumber request. If the new building number already exists, the system displays an alert message.
