All Available Units

Use this tab to display a variety of information about the available units for the property, building, suite or unit type.

Total Available Units

Shows the total number of available units based on the criteria used.

Grid Details

Property

The property name or ID; for instance ABC Property.

Bldg

The building number; for instance 01.

Apt

The unit number; for instance 101.

Type

The unit type; for instance A1.

Sub Type

The unit sub-type; for instance Den.

Status

The unit status; for instance Normal, Model and so on.

Expect Ready

The date the unit is expected to be made ready.

Vacate

The most recent vacate date.

Market

The unit market rent. The amount displays as it is set to calculate; it may be a monthly figure, an annual figure or other. For instance, if market rent is calculated Annually, this column may list $50,000. If the market rent is calculated Monthly, the market column may list a figure such as; $4200.00.

Fields

Include On-Notice Units

This box defaults as unchecked. Accept the default to exclude on-notice units from the grid above. Or, check the box to include units with an on-notice status in the grid above.

Include Pending Units

This box defaults as unchecked. Accept the default to exclude pending units from the grid above. Or, check the box to include units with a pending status in the grid above.

Include Units Not Ready

This box defaults as unchecked. Accept the default to exclude units that are not ready for leasing from the grid above. Or, check the box to include units that are not ready for leasing in the grid above.

Include Construction Units

This box defaults as unchecked. Accept the default to exclude construction units from the grid above. Or, check the box to include construction units in the grid above.

# Bedrooms

This field defaults to 0. Accept the default to include all bedrooms. Or, enter a specific number of bedrooms. Entering a specific number of bedrooms indicates only units with that number of bedrooms display in the grid above.

# Baths

This field defaults to 0. Accept the default to include all bathrooms. Or, enter a specific number of bathrooms. Entering a specific number of bathrooms indicates only units with that number of bathrooms display in the grid above.

Unit Type

This selection defaults to blank. Accept the default to include all unit types. Or, select a specific unit type from the drop-down list. Selecting a specific unit type indicates only those units of that type display in the grid above.

Zip Code

This selection defaults to blank. Accept the default to include all zip codes. Or, enter a specific zip code. Entering a specific zip code indicates only those units with a matching zip code display in the grid above.

State

This selection defaults to blank. Accept the default to include all states. Or, enter a specific state abbreviation. Entering a specific state indicates only those units with a matching state abbreviation display in the grid above.

City

This selection defaults to blank. Accept the default to include all cities. Or, enter a specific city name. Entering a specific city indicates that only those units with a matching city name display in the grid above.

Required Amenities

This selection defaults to blank. Accept the default to display units with all types of amenities. Or, select a specific amenity or group of amenities. Selecting a specific amenity or group of amenities indicates that only those units with matching amenities display in the grid above.

Price Range

This selection defaults to blank. Accept the default to display units of all price ranges. Or, select a specific price range from the drop-down list. Selecting a specific amenity indicates that only those units within that price range display in the grid above.

Property Report Code

This selection defaults to blank. Accept the default to display units assigned to various property report codes. Or, select a specific report code from the drop-down list. Selecting a specific report code indicates that only those units that match that property report code display in the grid above.

Report Code Value

This selection defaults to blank. Accept the default to display units assigned to various report code values. Or, select a specific report code value from the drop-down list. Selecting a specific report code indicates that only those units that match that value display in the grid above.

Sort By

This field defaults to Type + Expected Ready Date. Accept the default to sort the grid by unit type and expected ready date. Or, select a different option from the drop-down list. The following options are possible:

Type + Expected Ready Date

(Default) Select this option to sort the grid details by unit type + the unit expected ready date.

Type + Days Vacant

Select this option to sort the grid details by unit type + the number of days the unit has sat vacant.

Type + Market Rent

Select this option to sort the grid details by unit type + the unit market rent.
