Add Occupant Memo Tab

This tab displays when you select to add an occupant memo.

Fields

Form

The display-only field used to identify the memo form.

Description

The display-only field used to briefly describe the memo form.

Effective

This field defaults to the current system date. Accept the default or enter another date when the memo form is effective using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or click the Calendar button to display an electronic calendar from which you can select a date.

Expiration

This field defaults to the last day of the month listed as the Effective date. Accept the default or enter another date when the memo form should expire using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or click the Calendar button to display an electronic calendar from which you can select a date.

Notify

eSite has the ability to notify you of pending actions associated with memos. Enter the date to notify you of any pending action scheduled to occur as a result of this memo. Enter the date using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or click the Calendar button to display an electronic calendar from which you can select a date.

Action

If you have associated an action with this memo, enter the date the action is scheduled to occur using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or click the Calendar button to display an electronic calendar from which you can select a date.

Memo Text

Open text field used to enter memo details.
