Activity List

Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Reports—Misc. Reports—Activity List

The Activity List Report shows a listing of activities posted during the current accounting period. Only activities that have been set up for the selected property are eligible for display. Activities are established in Activity Setup. Based on the criteria you select the report can include only open activities, only activities closed on today's date or a combination of both.

ClosedSelection Criteria

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.

Include Open Activities

Accept the marked default to include activities that have not been closed. Or, click once inside the radio button to exclude open activities.

Include Today's Completions

Accept the marked default to include activities that have been closed on today's date. Today's date is equivalent to the current sign-on date. Or, click once inside the radio button to exclude activities closed today.

The following report details assume all defaults are selected. The display may vary depending on the criteria you select.

Due Date

Activities are typically assigned a date to complete them by. This is known as the due date.

Completed By

When the activity is completed, this column lists the user ID or name of the person who completed it.

Unit/Guest

Depending on the activity type, this column identifies EITHER the unit number OR the guest card number associated with the activity.

Description

A brief description of the activity. For instance, Call Sally Smith to follow-up on Saturday's visit.

ClosedTo Display the Activity List

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Misc. Reports—Activity List.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
  4. Select one of the Report Printing Options.
  5. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
