XML File Load Error - Troubleshooting

When you log in, a clock starts running. If, after 20 minutes, you have not selected an option from the menu, the following error displays:

Error loading XML file loadTOCBranch.aspx...

ClosedTo Clear the Error - Method 1

  1. Right-click on the menu. A pop-up menu displays.
  2. Click Refresh. The Login page displays.
  3. Log in.

  1. From the eFinancials title bar, click Logout. The Login page displays.
  2. Log in.
