This is the default, which is hard-coded into the system and cannot be changed.

What description do I want to use for Ship Via?

This description is used as the label in the AP Codes submenu, i.e.,

Setup—AP Setup—PO Codes—Ship Via (is the default)

Setup—AP Setup—PO Codes—SHIP VIA (after you change the Description to "SHIP VIA" and then save)
