This is the default, which is hard-coded into the system and cannot be changed.

What description do I want to use for Sales Representative?

This description is used as the label in the JC Codes submenu, i.e.,

Job Cost—Setup—Job Costing—JC Codes—Sales Representative (is the default)

Job Cost—Setup—Job Costing—JC Codes—Sales Rep (after you change the Description to "Sales Rep" and then save)

Note
