Make the following menu selections to display this tab:
Job Cost—Setup—Series of Reports
Use this page to manage series of reports. This setup is optional. Using it allows you to set up a shortcut (Series ID) so you can print reports in groups rather than having to select individual reports one after another.
Fields Lists
The following fields and buttons appear on the tab.
Add Series (button)
Use this button to add a series of reports.
Series ID
The series of reports identification that appears on lists and in reports. Click an identification link to open the Series.
Description
The description of the series of reports that appears on lists and in reports.
Delete
Click the Delete icon to delete a series of reports.
NOTE that for detailed field descriptions for the
Add/Edit Series tab, refer to the Add/Edit Series topic
Procedures
NOTE that a series must be saved before it can be edited.
Use this option to delete one or more reports from the series of reports, but not the entire series of reports.
