Use this grid to allow a job to be copied to create a
new job with or without estimates.
Duplicate Job has two options.
NOTE that a red dot indicates a required
field.
Duplicate From Job
Enter the job to copy from or use the look-up
option to select. All
fields that copy over will copy from this job to the new job created.
New Job ID
Enter the Job ID for the new job.
Job Name
Enter a Job name.
Customer ID
Enter or select from the Lookup
icon the Customer ID for the new job. The Customer
ID from the Duplicate From Job defaults in.
Customer PO#
Enter the purchase order number, if applicable,
for the new job. The PO # from the Duplicate From Job defaults in.
Start Date
Select a start date for the new job using the
electronic calendar. By default, the
login date is used.
Orig. Contract Amount
Enter the original contract amount for the new
job. The
Original Contract Amount from the Duplicate From Job, defaults in.
Completion Date
Enter the estimated Completion Date for the new
job.
Address
Enter the address information for the new job.
Zip/City/State
Enter zip code, city and state information for
the new job.
Country
Enter the country information for the new job.
Contact Title / First / MI / Last / Suffix
Enter the title, first name, middle initial, last
name, and suffix for the contact for the new job.
Phone
Enter the primary phone number for the contact
for the new job.
Mobile Phone
Enter the mobile phone number for the contact
for the new job.
Fax
Enter the fax number for the contact for the new
job.
Email
Enter the email for the contact for the new job.
Alternate Email
Enter an alternate email for the contact for the
new job.
