Use this tab to create general ledger recurring journal
entries.
The following link and fields appear on the tab that
displays when you select the menu option.
When adding data, click this link to display the
and select a date, batch, property and entity and
company.

from the drop-down list. The grid is updated with the recurring journal
entries for the selected entitycompany.
Grid
Select
Check the box next to any journal entry for which
you want to create a recurring journal entry. You can select one or more
journal entries. To select all, check the box in the column heading.
Journal #
The number that identifies this recurring journal
entry.
Next Date
The next date on which the recurring journal entry
is scheduled to be processed. When you create journal entries, the month
in the date increments based on the original start date.
No of Iterations
This is the number of Journal Entries that will
be generated when this item is selected for processing.
Description
The description of the recurring journal entry.
Amount
The amount for the recurring journal entry in
the format 0000.00.
Accumulated
The total amount that has been processed through
the current date.
Buttons
Cancel
Select this
when you want to stop without saving changes.
Create Journals Button
Select this button to create journal entries for
the recurring journal entries that are selected in the Select
column.
