The Cost Activity List report prints for all currently selected EntitiesCompanies in EntityCompany ID order. Each EntityCompany prints on a new page.

The report shows a list of Cost Activity Descriptions that includes the following for each:

Phase, Cost, Description of the Cost Activity, Unit of Measure, Type of Unit, and the Workers Compensation code.

1. From the Job Cost menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—Cost Activity List.
2. Click Select EntitiesCompanies. Select the EntitiesCompanies for which you want to print the report and click Done.
3. Select one of the following report printing options:

• PDF Format: Print the report in PDF format for use in a PDF viewer, such as Acrobat.
• Create Spreadsheet: Prints the report in an Excel spreadsheet.

4. Click Print. If you selected Create Spreadsheet, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in PDF format.
