Use this tab to create balances for periods or adjust
balances for existing account balances.
Description
Enter or edit the account description.
Period
The system-generated number of periods, 12 or
13. Periods are established on the Fiscal
Years Tab. Note that the Beginning Balance
is the 0 period, and that the field cannot be edited.
Ends
The date on which the period ends. Dates are established
on the Fiscal Years Tab.
Current Balance
The system-reported current balance for the account.
New Balance
Enter a new balance for the account. Note that
the Total field in this column cannot be edited.
Beginning Balance
The beginning balance for the account. This balance
is established on the Beginning Balance
Tab.
Cancel
Click to exit without saving changes.
Previous Account
Click to display the previous account number so
that you can add or adjust a balance.
New Account
Click to display the next account number so that
you can add or adjust a balance.
Save
Click to save your changes.
