Delete Property provides the ability to delete a property in eFinancials or ePO when your system was set up using the Standard Setup method. The system will only delete a property if no general ledger data is associated with it. Before you can delete a property, the associated entities must be deleted.
Note
After initiating the delete process, a report appears that lists, for each property, the required or recommended actions or states that the process completed successfully. Messages on the report can include:

Property 'Property Name' cannot be deleted until allocations to this property are removed from the following POs or the POs are closed: PO123, PO456 |
Check for open multi-property recurring POs |
Property 'Property Name' cannot be deleted until allocations to this property are removed from the following Recurring POs or the Recurring POs are closed or voided: PO789 |
Check for multi-property allocations |
Property 'Property Name' cannot be deleted until items for this property are removed for the following multi-property allocations: Allocations1 |
Check for GL Data |
Property 'Property Name' has GL data. Delete associated entities first. |
