XML File Load Error - Troubleshooting
When you log in, a clock starts running. If, after 20
minutes, you have not selected an option from the menu, the following
error displays:
Error loading XML file loadTOCBranch.aspx...
To Clear the Error - Method 1
- Right-click on the
menu. A pop-up menu displays.
- Click Refresh. The Login page displays.
- Log in.
To Clear the Error - Method 2
- From the eFinancials
title bar, click Logout. The Login page displays.
- Log in.
